Noelle McGlynn is a conference and special event consultant. Having started her career as the Executive Director of the G7 Council and the Associate Publisher of The International Economy Magazine, she has managed U.S. Congressional Summits around the world (Tokyo, Zurich, Vienna, Frankfurt, Washington, D.C.) as well as Policymaker of the Year Award Ceremonies in Berlin and Washington, D.C. honoring Karl Otto Poehl (former Bundesbank President), Makoto Utsumi (former Japanese Vice Chairman of Finance) Jean Claude Trichet (former EU Chairman) and Alan Greenspan (former Federal Reserve Chairman).
In 1996, as Founder and President of Potomac Management Resources, Noelle expanded her services to include back office services for associations. These services encompassed conference planning, member services, accounting, web management, special events, certification programs and foundation support.

Joan Carrese Sineni
Joan Carrese Sineni is a brand marketing, strategic planning and integrated media authority. She has a vast array of experience in developing and implementing multi-faceted media outreach campaigns/ events, product launches, advocacy and grass roots programs and brand reputation management strategies. Her background includes extensive work in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Joan currently delivers focused analysis and direction on building new strategic programs or evaluating existing business plans to maximize the client’s ability to influence how people think, feel and perceive brand experiences.
Joan has gained a diverse range of qualifications from her years as a communications professional for consumer, healthcare and issue-related organizations. As the Executive Vice President for zcomm PR & Marketing she was responsible for strategic growth, client relations and business development/diversity supplier program for this public relations and marketing firm ranked in the top 20 in revenue for Washington, DC agencies. As the PR Manager/senior executive at the store level for Neiman Marcus, she honed her client service skills, garnered national and local media coverage and was a member of the corporate marketing team that developed the industry ground-breaking NM eCRM program.
