Noelle McGlynn brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate, political and non-profit arenas as an expert on conference and special event management. Her event expertise ranges from international summits and public policy symposia to fundraising galas, trade shows, medical certification programs, corporate sponsorships and special cultural events – such as art festivals. Logistical management, speaker liaison, décor, and audio visual arrangements are all trademarks of her professional skills and attention to details.
As the former Executive Director of The G7 Council, Noelle has dealt with people in the highest levels of government, business and political fields. Various clients include: former Senator Bill Bradley and former Congressman Jack Kemp, The International Economy magazine, Washington Hospital Center, Catholic Charities, National Osteoperosis Foundation, Women in Housing and Finance, Women in Technology, AIDSWalk and the George Washington Classic.
Noelle is the founder of Potomac Management Resources, an event and association management firm based in Alexandria, Virginia.
Joan Carrese Sineni is a brand marketing, integrated media and special event authority. She has a vast array of experience in developing and implementing multi-faceted special events/media outreach campaigns, product launches, advocacy and grass roots programs and brand reputation management strategies. Her background includes extensive work in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She provides leadership in strategic planning to create and coordinate conferences, galas, product launches and media campaigns that leverage broadcast, digital and social media tactics with traditional media relations.
Joan has fine-tuned her skill set over the years by building integrated event and media strategies in the health and beauty, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, entertainment, financial, energy, and lifestyle-related sectors. Each program is built to generate maximum turnout and meaningful engagement. She has coordinated global conferences for the US Department of State, movie premieres for Warner Bros and Disney, and music festivals for more than 100,000 crazy fans.
Prior to founding without clouds, Joan was the EVP of zcomm, a broadcast and digital PR and Marketing firm. She was also a PR Director for Neiman Marcus and a member of the corporate CRM Team, that was instrumental in developing the NM eCRM program, which is still considered today as one of the most effective retail eCRM engagement programs. She was an event/pr consultant for AARP, the manager of Event Promotion and Sponsorships for Maryland Office of Tourism/Department of Economic and Employment Development, and founded and managed Carrese Productions for 11 years, a PR/Marketing agency that specialized in hospitality, retail and entertainment.
Linda Marson has 20 years of experience in PR and marketing, political and advocacy campaigns and government relations. She helps clients align their program goals with brand strategy as the foundation for a long-lasting, differentiated brand that outperforms competitors and drives growth.
Previously, Linda was a consultant to a variety of clients; high-growth startups, non-profits, established businesses focused on technology, clean energy, healthcare and life sciences. Branding/rebranding, partnership building, thought leadership, competitive analysis, referral programs, PR and media relations are her wheelhouse.
As GM for zcomm, a PR, Digital and Marketing Communications agency, Linda served in a management and communications role for a variety of clients across multiple sectors, including Veterans services, women’s healthcare, pharma and finance.
Linda has planned national and local events, conferences, speaking tours, media tours, town hall meetings and press conferences on behalf of clients, including DOD, Senate and House leaders, non-profits and associations. Linda was the National Communications Director for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, responsible for planning and executing A-list celebrity events as well as global conferences featuring leading scientists and researchers.
She also managed national and local political campaigns and statewide initiatives, served as Communications Director for U.S. Senators Barbara Mikulski, Barbara Boxer and Paul Wellstone, including as Deputy Campaign Manager for Wellstone's Presidential Exploratory bid.
Linda brings years of experiences in integrating consistent and value-driven client content across social and digital platforms at the highest industry standards. A 360 view of integrated communications and a desire to exceed client expectations drives Linda’s creativity and passion for her work.
